All you who seek the Way

Please,

Do not waste this moment now.

I go for refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha,

Until I receive enlightenment.

Through the virtues I collect by generosity and the other perfections,

May I become Buddha for the benefit of all sentient beings.

May all sentient beings be happy and have the causes of happiness.

May all sentient beings be free form suffering and the causes of suffering.

May all sentient beings never be separated from the happiness that is free from suffering.

May all sentient beings abide in equanimity,

free from attachment and detachment.
